You can pre-book your tickets if you wish, but there is no requirement to do so.
Vouchers are available to purchase if you are gifting a ticket. They are single use and are valid for one year from date of purchase.
Final admission to the Museum is 2 hours prior to closing.
There is no entry charge to visit the craft and gift shops, the Tearooms or to see the animals.
Free Parking (coaches welcome).
